PrestaShop - Chyba 500 server error

Dobrý den,
prosím o pomoc, včera při úpravě e-shopu jsem ,,něco,, špatně přenastavila. Shop se nezobrazuje a ani se nemůžu dostat do administrace, hlásí to chybu 500 server error. Do Error loga jsem se podívala, tam to píše - htaccess, ale nevím jak dál postupovat, jak mám tuto chybu opravit.

vložte sem chybu z Error logu, ať Vám můžeme více poradit.
